Forbes Recognizes Express Employment Professionals as One of America’s Best Employers

Howell, NJ, February 18, 2022 —International staffing company Express Employment Professionals has been named as one of America’s Best Employers, according to a ranking released on February 10th Forbes. This prestigious award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

There’s a direct correlation between our company culture that considers our staff to be the lynchpin of our success and the designation of one of America’s Best Employers,” said Anna Santucci-Braun, founder and owner of the Express Employment Professionals office in Howell, one of the newest and fastest growing offices in Express.

Forbes and Statista selected 2022’s best U.S. employers through an independent survey applied to a vast sample of approximately 60,000 American employees working for companies with more than 1,000 employees in America.

Across 25 industry sectors, 1,000 employers have been awarded: 500 large employers and 500 midsize employers. The evaluation was based on direct and indirect recommendations from employees who were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family. Employee evaluations also included other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.

“In a climate where job seekers have options with a number of employers, we are grateful they choose Express Employment Professionals,” Express Employment International CEO Bill Stoller said. “Our goal is not only to offer a means for people to provide for their families but to foster a company culture where people can thrive professionally. With our focus on providing hope through employment, we are honored to be included in this list with so many other quality businesses.”

According to a 2019 article in the New England Journal of Medicine, by 2030 nearly 1 in 2 adults will be obese and close to 1 in 4 adults will be severely obesity – all triggers for other illnesses from diabetes to heart disease to cancer. Johnny and Mangeli are concerned that the pandemic has already increased those numbers.

“It’s too easy to overeat salty and sugary foods, especially during this stressful time,” they warn.
